Read the review and it looks like a great hotel with friendly staff.Thanks BB :)Also signed up for Hilton Honours hoping for an upgrade and called the hotel to ask for King Bed and non-smoking. Asked about upgrade and the lady mentioned about $30/$35? for a king room and with breakfast and evening snack included. Declined first but after viewing trip advisor review wondering if it is worth it since the basil lounge was supposed to be good restaurant - to splurge and have an enjoyable breakfast buffet experience....Anyone know more about this particular property and quality of breakfast (on 9th floor?) or Basil lounge and can comment?
thereuare Posted July 17, 2011 Report Posted July 17, 2011 Congratulations on your success!Glad to see you're pleased with the purchase and this property will work for your plans.If you are considering the upgrade, i'm assuming it's to the concierge level, and i'd confirm if the breakfast is in the restaurant or in the concierge lounge... if the latter it may be a simple continental spread of toast, bagels, coffee, etc. and not the 'full' breakfast buffet you may be thinking of.Thank you for sharing your win and using the PRICELINE links on the board to begin your bidding.Hope your parents enjoy their stay.
