This time, I thought I would downgrade a little to see if I could have any success. With the rates remaining high during this time of the season, I was skeptical.Started with Central Park South 4* at $140 - RejectedAdded Midtown West 4* at $145 - RejectedAdded Midtown East 3.5* at $150 - Got the HiltonDid I get a decent deal?
