Priceline Hotel: NYC 3* $150 7-26 to 7-29 Bidding help

I'm trying to book a weekday trip for my parents to NYC for 2 weeks from tomorrow, from Tuesday July 26th through Friday July 29th. $150 is my max any lower if possible would be nice. Least favorite zones would be UWS and WES.

Do you only want to bid the 'other' Manhattan zones first up to your limit, then if rejected start over with UWS and UES OR did you want to include UES and UWS from the onset?

The rebid zone that I will be adding is Coney Island correct? because that zone only has 2* hotels or lower right?
