Hotwire Hotel: 3.5* PIke Place Downtown. Any Ideas?

Hotwire offers a Seattle Pike Place 3.5* for $162 four days next week with the following: non smoking rooms, gym, pool, restaurant, business center, LAUNDRY, internet. It is reported to be recommended by 95% of users. I have checked many 4* and some 3.5 and most are full. What gives? Any ideas?

Just wanted to say I have been watching these hotels for a while now and that most likely is Sliver Cloud Stadium, as Aaaron said. People seem to be semi-disappointed with the location but like the hotel otherwise. Looks like you picked a hard week to book. Good luck.
