4 Days-3 nights.. July 12-15, bid $85.. got rejected.. said increase bid by $25.. does that mean i can get somthing at $110.. anyways will try again tomorrow..

The 'increase your bid by $25' is what we refer to as a counter-offer, and yes, at this time, it is very likely that $110 will be enough to win a 4* hotel in this zone. However, you can also often undercut this number by using re-bid zones (see Priceline Re-Bidding Explained) as discussed in this thread: Priceline Suggests Price to Pay.

Hmm.. the Four Points Niagara Fallsview is $93avg/night for the the 3 nights i need.. what should I start bid at for 3* hotel.. I'm guessing in Zone 1. I guess I could get stuck with another hotel..

With this 'known' 3* hotel at $93/nite, and a 4* likely still available at $110 (or less)... how high are you willing to bid for an 'opaque' 3 star hotel? (yes, you could receive any 3* hotel, or higher, in the zone)
