grego Posted July 10, 2011 Report Posted July 10, 2011 I've always used Priceline on BetterBidding to get our rooms and because I'm getting frustrated getting a successful bid this time I decided to try Hotwire. When I plug in the dates and location in your link above, it takes me to the choices for the different zones in Ft. Lauderdale but I don't see where there is a place to bid on a star level and location.Maybe I'm tired, but I do know I need your help.
AaronJB Posted July 10, 2011 Report Posted July 10, 2011 HOTWIRE does not offer bidding - only PRICELINE.HOTWIRE offers a set of discounted listings with various information (star rating, amenities, zone, price) but you don't find the name of the hotel until after purchase.Thank you for using the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.
thereuare Posted July 11, 2011 Report Posted July 11, 2011 See this I've Never Used Priceline or Hotwire thread for more information on the similarities, and differences, of each service.Where are you traveling, what are the dates of your stay, and what star level and bid amounts have you tried already? Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
