Hotwire Hotel: Need help identifying Toronto(Markham & Richmond Hill) hotel

It's really last minute but can you help me identify these 2 hotels in Toronto Markham & Richmond Hill area for July 9th -10th, 2011? The price is right for both but just trying to figure the exact location of the hotel for driving purpose.

1. 3 star:$66.41 CND/night

2. 2.5 star: $66.41 CND/night

I'm not currently seeing the 3* when searching HOTWIRE for your dates... are you still seeing this on your own search?

The 2.5* has not yet been reported to the board, but my guess would be the Holiday Inn Express.
