sbsmommy Posted July 8, 2011 Report Posted July 8, 2011 I'm new to using Hotwire and this site (although I signed up awhile back) and am researching some options for Boston - first week of August.Looking through the forum, I think this is the Westin Waterfront, but am looking for help to confirm I'm on the right track. :)If I'm correct - is this close to transportation options to Fenway, Faneuil Hall, Financial district etc.? thereuare Posted July 8, 2011 Report Posted July 8, 2011 Welcome (officially) to BetterBidding!It could always be a hotel different then what we think, but the above does match the Westin and that would be my best guess for this one.While not the most heavily used station, the Silver Line is in front of this hotel and you can take that to get Downtown or transfer to other T stations. I don't know if they still do, but this hotel used to run scheduled shuttle service to the Quincy Market area.Generally speaking the Quincy Market, Boston Common, and Back Bay zones are a more centrally located than the Waterfront area, but this is certainly do-able for the right price (or if the other zones are prohibitively expensive)Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.Let us know your thoughts and how you'd like to proceed.
