I Need A Vacation Posted July 6, 2003 Report Posted July 6, 2003 :) Thank you, for all of the information. I am so happy, we were booked at Holiday Inn Convention for $69.00 a night. Everyone here made it seem so easy, so I did it. I read the post- I went to Hotwire and BINGO. The property was 3.5* the list of anemities included: Suite, Restaurant, Pool, Fitness Center, Complimentary Breakfast, Kitchenette, Business Center. (The key for me was the red "S" icon for suite.) We booked two rooms for the night of August 31, at $49.00 each with the taxes of $18.95 added the total is $116.95. (Keep in mind September 1 is Labor Day.) We cruise on September 1 and this is just going to be incredible. Thank you again.
thereuare Posted July 7, 2003 Report Posted July 7, 2003 Stories like yours bring a smile to my face :)I think you'll be much happier at the Embassy Suites than the Holiday Inn... and at less the cost!! I've heard great things about this hotel. Thanks for posting, and enjoy your 'bountiful' breakfast (and cruise). Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
