magwai Posted July 7, 2011 Report Posted July 7, 2011 I purchased a 4.5 star downtown New Orleans hotel just now for $67 per night on 7/24 and got the Le Pavillon Hotel. Le Pavillon is a fantastic old hotel but is grossly misrepresented on HOTWIRE as a 4.5 star hotel. FYI

magwai Posted July 7, 2011 Author Report Posted July 7, 2011 Amenities shown were Fitness Center, Pool, Restaurant, Business Center & High Speed Internet Access. Hotel area is defined as Downtown New Orleans Area Hotel. The rate is great for this hotel and I have enjoyed staying there in the past. To prevent confusion and potential customer dissatisfaction in the future however Hotwire needs to rank this property no higher than a 4*.
