Priceline Hotel: Help for hotel in Boston for two nights between 7/17-7/20

Hi guys, this is my first time asking for help on here so please bare with me.

I'm planning a trip to Boston for two nights between 7/17-7/20. I'm not sure what days will be cheaper (Sunday+Monday or two weekdays).

I hope I can get 3*+ for around $100. Is that possible or is it way too low?

I'm not familiar with the city at all, but I hope I can stay in Harbor front, Waterfront, Quincy Market, or Theatre district (I'm guessing those areas are the downtown area where everything is).

Also any other tip (parking, metro, etc.) for Boston will be much appreciated.
