Additional Nights Priceline

Hey guys,

after you won a Hotel at Priceline there is a box where you can book additional nights for the same price in the same hotel.

Do you have experience with that? I mean if this works fine I could use some different bidding strategies. You can bid on a hotel and if its good you can just add some days or hod does that work?

You can only add up to as many nites as your original reservation... so if your first purchase is for one nite, you can only add one nite; if your first purchase is for 2 nites, you can only add one or two nites, first purchase 3 nites, can add 1,2 or 3 nites, etc, etc.

So it doesn't work if you're trying to purchase one nite and then if you like the hotel purchase the remaining 6 nites of your week long vacation.

As well, even when offered, there is no guarantee that you'll be able to add nites. PRICELINE can come back with three different responses:

1) you've added additional nites

2) there is availability but only at $xx (at which point you'll be given the option to accept/reject the higher price)

3) no availability for the additional nites

Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. (each time you access the respective site)
