Gator99 Posted July 5, 2011 Report Posted July 5, 2011 I just made the same purchase as uga_3000's hotwire hotel and got the same result. I have complained, and will continue to do so. I agree with everything you've noted. This is a 3-star hotel, not a 4-star hotel, and it is not in downtown Charleston. I don't have money to spare and this is quite upsetting for me and my husband. Please let me know if you are successful at getting a refund and I will do the same.
