thereuare Posted July 6, 2011 Report Posted July 6, 2011 Welcome to BetterBidding! Please DON'T TYPE IN ALL CAPS as it makes your post harder to read.So we don't suggest a strategy that goes higher then you're willing pay, let us know your maximum bid for this stay and we'll advise accordingly. Also, not sure how much experience you have with PRICELINE, but note that the 'Downtown' zone also includes Harbor Island, which many don't consider to be 'downtown'... are you willing to accept a hotel anywhere within PRICELINE's shaded boundary for the Downtown-Harbor Island zone? If not, you may also want to check-out HOTWIRE which divides this region a bit differently... they still combine Downtown and Harbor Island one zone, but they also have two 'cut out' areas of Gaslamp Quarter North and Gaslamp Quarter South, should these be the area you're trying to target. The trade-off is that HOTWIRE usually cost a little more than PRICELINE.Let us know the info above and we'll take it from there. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
