update, the 5* looks like it's dropped to $199.

Best guess for the 5* is a new amenity combination for the Montebello Splendid Florence.

Hard to be too confident with any guess for the 4* with just a solo Restaurant icon showing, which is prevalent at the majority of 4* hotels in the area, but the Hotel California Florence, Astoria A Boscolo Hotel, and the Palazzo Ricasoli would all be among the likely candidates.
