Priceline Hotel: Priceline Freebies

First I apologize if this has been asked before, I searched through a couple of forums and I couldn't find it. I am looking to bid on a hotel in Chicago which at the Priceline regular price of $135 include Freebies such as;

free breakfast

50% off parking

upgraded room

$150 credit for my stay to use in their restaurants, bar, etc.

My question is if I happen to get this same hotel using the Name your own Price feature, would I still get the same freebies as listed above? So, if I bid $90 for 5 nights ($450 total), I would still get free breakfast everyday, $150 credit, etc.

Or are the freebies nullified if you use the name your own price feature.

Very doubtful, is my guess.

If breakfast is always included with the room rate, then that would be included. The rest seem unlikely.

If a hotel usually offers breakfast - such as an Embassy Suites or Homewood Suites - then PRICELINE and HOTWIRE guests would also be able to get breakfast. If breakfast or other "bonus" (resort credit, etc.) is available with a special/special package rate, then PRICELINE and HOTWIRE guests would definitely not get that added bonus.

The above freebies deal is sold a 'package' and not standard amenities of the hotel... therefore these would not apply to any rate (opaque or otherwise) which was not booked under the package itself. What hotel is this for?

The hotel was for the Hyatt Regency in Chicago

Yeah, that's a package deal (with a higher then standard price) and would not be part of a winning PRICELINE bid.

That's what I was trying to decide but I felt like bidding was the better option. So I went to go bid, but the price went up from 135 to 203, so my bidding idea of bidding 80 - 90 probably won't work. I guess I'll just wait and see if the price changes. I am going from 8/17 - 8/22.

Rates for these dates are not high and i do think you have a chance at a 4* hotel. Have you tried bidding... what do you have to lose?
