Hotwire Hotel: 2* Muskegon Red Roof Inn Muskegon Heights

:) This motel is dirty, staff is not friendly, rooms not clean from previous people, traoutsh in parking lot by door,outside of motel run down, hallways dirty and run down. I didn't even stay the night. I checked and then canceled after seen the room and hallways. Outside door lock broke. Didn't think it was a safe place for my. Children. hot wire gave it a 2 star rating which was based. On reviews . Everyone has a different opiniopn and stars should be based on facilities not reviews. From looking on other sites on internet the hotel got mostly bad reviews. I didn't get my money back because I canceled after 6pm. I reserved it after 6pm. False advertising on hot wire about this hotel. Hotwire didn't help me at all. I knoqw they said all sales final but rating noot true. Is hot wire supposed to get you a 4 star hotel at 2 star prices but this hotel I paid $99 for and sign on front of hotel stated $~79. Ver unhappy and will never use hotwire again.
