Your original post indicated Grand Sierra Summit... can you please add a reply to this thread if your confirmation lists just "Grand Sierra" or if it specifically mentions Summit too?

My win is for Grand Sierra Resort and Casino. My apology for the mistake at the bottom of the post.

The hotel list shown by Priceline is actually Grand Sierra, for $49.

Anyway, when I checked in, the front desk could not find my reservation. I had to call Priceline myself to straighten it out. I had to stay on the phone with a Priceline specialist for almost 20 mins while they called the hotel to straighten it out. So my advise is to have the phone number for Priceline customer service handy in case there is trouble.

Sorry you had a 'lost reservation' at check-in, but glad you were able to get in resolved. Regardless of how you book, it's always a good idea to take confirmations and phone numbers with your. While more the exception then the rule, mistakes do happen, and they're always easier to resolve with a confirmation number in hand as it can often solve most problems since it typically indicates exactly what you have booked.
