The property above matches both the Rosen Centre Hotel and the Rosen Shingle Creek so either of these would be my best guess, although i'd slightly favor this one being the Rosen Shingle Creek.

This property has not yet been reported to the board and we usually advise to stay away from the lowest rated hotels in a zone unless you have no other choices (either nothing else is offered or your budget does not allow).

You were originally looking for a 4* hotel, and actually looking for a specific property which is also rated 4*... are you really interested in a 1* rated hotel for this trip for a full week?

If there is a sincere interest in this property, and this an extended stay, you could see if this same property is offered for the first (or last) nite of your stay and then again for the balance. If so, you could purchase the solo nite in order to 'look behind the curtain'. If you're happy with the results purchase the remaining nites, if not, make alternate plans for the balance of your stay.
