Went through some biddings to get this accepted, will try to remember exactly what I did :

Bid $40 in Ft Lauderdale airport - denied

Bid $42 in Airport North - denied

Bid $43 in Hollywood - denied

Bid $45 in Downtown - accepted by Hyatt Place Airport North.

Although it is quite north from where I want to be but I think free parking and breakfast will be worth it :)
