Maleficent
Hi there,I'm looking to start bidding in the Orlando area and I am aiming for the 4* band. I'm just a bit confused about the Resorts. If I was to consider them I would include them, but if I wanted a free rebid I would exclude them. Have I got that right? As in they are not higher or lower than a 4* but completely independent of the star ratings?Hope I've got that right. Thanks very much Link to comment
Romelle
When bidding Priceline, Resorts are counted as higher than 4* hotels. And Priceline can "upgrade". So, if you don't want to take the chance of getting a Resort when bidding 4* (or even lower for that matter), you can't bid any zones that have Resorts in them. Romelle Link to comment

Romelle
How often can I bid on PriceLine?malefevre,You can bid every 24 hours. If you change something - dates, zones, star level - you can keep bidding within that same session. For related bids, the clock seems to start ticking after the very last thing you've done.If you are thinking on a trip, I'd urge you to start your own "string" in the area in which you are interested (Florida - Priceline ? Just scroll down a little further to find it). Post your dates, the zone names of the particular city, probable star level, top bid, and any other particulars you care to share. You will find detailed help through the process there.I'm a member, not an administrator, but I'm happy to see a new poster here.Romelle Link to comment
