These amenities are common at a budget hotel for this rating, and this property has not yet been reported to the board, but the Comfort Inn near Universal Studios and the Super 8 Downtown both seem like a good fit and either of these would be my best guess for this one. (hopefully the Super 8 would be 2* rated... but with HOTWIRE you just don't know)

Thanks. I would hope that it wouldn't be either of those, because the only areas I had checked were Hollywood and Beverly Hills/West Hollywood.

Not sure what i was looking at when researching as the Comfort Inn is not in this zone (i even remember double checking it since it didn't seem like a 'Universal Studios' hotel would be in this immediate area)... but the Super 8 Downtown is in the Hollywood zone.
