I'm new to Priceline and have read about re-bidding by changing the zones etc. But what strategy should I use?What price should I start with bidding the 2 rooms on these dates?Thanks.

Initially we thought of staying in Jersey city as a base to visit NYC during the day. If this is the case, is it better to go and stay at a 3* hotel in NYC instead? If so, where's the good area in NYC for my budget?

Would this be acceptable or too inconvenient? What about a small room? If some/most of your plans include the Downtown area then this zone is certainly acceptable as well.Ultimately it comes down to budget vs. convenience.
