Just booked 3.5 star Fort Worth South Holiday Inn Express for $66, I was expecting to get Hyatt Place City View, based on this list. My buddie booked 20 minutes later and did get the City View property for $72. Search and availability does not appear predictable. Holiday Inn is adjacent to Hyatt, I will let you know how they compare. Hard tonbelive it will be as nice as the Hyatt Place

Actually, just noticed that the Holiday Inn was at bottom at 3 star, i suspect that it was a 3 star when I booked it. Gotta read all the way down as instructed.

Also best price on the Hyatt was $113 on Hotels.com
