metafedora Posted June 25, 2011 Report Posted June 25, 2011 Used PRICELINE link.Our friends are staying at the Mirage, but I noticed that if you use Priceline to get a 5* hotel in the Strip North area, the three hotels tended to be Palazzo, Venetian or Wynn, all of which are walking distance to the Mirage.Tried $103 but was declined and counter offered $128.I wanted to wait and see but I decided to try it, and got the Venetian for 3 nights, Friday-Monday.Total: 3 x $128 + $60 (taxes/fees) = $444.I am happy, this is by far the nicest hotel I have stayed in Vegas.Also, we had a bad time visiting the real Venice so maybe this will make up for it :)
