Hotwire room rate was $67. Total price was $82.94 including all taxes and fees. Booked on 5/31 (about 2 weeks in advance).

Post stay comments:

- This property seemed like it was very new and it was very clean.

- It's a bit on the budget side (no elaborate lobby), really cramped area near elevators, but it was still a very nice stay. The 3 star rating by Hotwire is warranted.

- Small flat screen LCD TV in room, no HD TV service though

- Nice pergo flooring by room entrance, clean carpet in the rest of the room

- OK breakfast, nothing special

- Free shuttle to DEN airport requires them to put you on a list ahead of time. The shuttle is shared by 3 or 4 nearby hotels. It worked well.

- 6 or 7 miles from the airport

- This was a case where Hotwire exceeded my expectations at this price point. Nice, new, hotel.
