yrussell Posted June 22, 2011 Report Posted June 22, 2011 We are a family of five wanting a room in Chicago from July 6 to the 9th. We would rather have the Embassy suites downtown (not lakefront) or the Homewood suites downtown. How do I format my requests or bids on priceline to try and get one of these rooms. I see the cheapest rate on each hotels site as 160 for the embassy and 299 for the homewood.
AaronJB Posted June 23, 2011 Report Posted June 23, 2011 Welcome to Betterbidding. :)There is no way to ensure a particular property via PRICELINE or HOTWIRE. Additionally: PRICELINE only guarantees double occupancy/1 bed, while HOTWIRE only shows one property at each star level per zone per set of dates, and unfortunately, that listing may not be the hotel you are hoping for. If you search for your dates on HOTWIRE in Chicago, are you seeing any properties with a "S" (Suite) icon?Thank you for using the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.
