zily Posted June 22, 2011 Report Posted June 22, 2011 I used the PRICELINE link above to bid on this hotel.Room Cost (avg. per room, per night): $70.00 (USD)Number of Rooms: 1Number of Nights: 2Room Subtotal: $140.00 (USD)Taxes and Fees: $29.30 (USD)Total Room Cost: $169.30 (USD)Strategy: Bid $60 for a 4* hotel in Buckhead, got rejected, added a neighborhood with no 4* hotels in it and bid $65, got rejected, added another no-4*-hotels area, bid $70 and won the Intercontinental. It's going for $279/night in Priceline's viewable list, so we're pretty happy :)
