Hotwire is offering a four-star non-smoking boutique hotel for $145 from October 26-29. Amenities are business center, fitness center, restos and wireless internet. They indicate that they do not yet have reviews for the property.

Any help would be appreciated.

Your topic title mentions the NMA-Streeterville zone, but this is two different zones on HOTWIRE... is this in the (Magnificent Mile-Streeterville) or the (NMA-Water Tower-Gold Coast) zone?

Also, you indicate it's a Smoke Free property but then don't include that icon in the list if amenities... please confirm the full list of amenities associated with this property.

It's not NMA, it's MMA. Hotwire lists it as "Magnificent Mile Area-Streeterville."

The amenity icons are: boutique hotel; smoke-free rooms; fitness center; restaurants; business center; and, high-speed internet access.

The Felix and Sax have been reported with this amenity set, so either may be a possibility.
