MTE+Empire State building area $167 got a counter offer of $190 (did not take it)3. tried a 3rd time with MTE+ESB area+ Madison Square Garden at $176Got it on the 3rd try.Not the one I was looking for but it will do for the price. THe nightly rate on the hotel for the weekend was $209. I heard the rooms were small but the location is just right. Happy Bidding
