Hotwire Hotel: Help ID Orlando Hotels 8/16-8/28

Hi, I would like help identifying a few hotels on Orlando, from 8/16 to 8/28.

(1) Universal Orlando (I-Drive North) - 2* - Pool, laundry, internet - $24

(2) Sea World (I-Drive South) - 2 1/2 * - Pool, laundry, internet - 75% recommendation - $32 + resort fee ~$5

(3) Sea World (I-Drive South) - 2* - Pool, laundry, internet - 85% recommendation - $38

Unforuntately none of these properties have yet been reported to the board. A guess would be an Extended StayAmerica or something along those lines.

Since this an extended stay you could see if this same property is offered for the first (or last) nite of your stay and then again for the balance. If so, you could purchase the solo nite in order to 'look behind the curtain'. If you're happy with the results purchase the remaining nites, if not, make alternate plans for the balance of your stay.

If you go that route, make sure you first confirm that the same property (based upon the amenities shown before your purchase and any other information) appears for the solo nite you're purchasing and then again for the remainder of your nites.

It turns out the property I wanted didn't appear for the first and the remaining nights.

However, I've been looking and tday found three hotels that seems pretty good, I would like some help to id them:

- SW, 2 1/2*, $33+resort fee, 70% recommendation Hotwire, 3/5 TripAdvisor

Amenities: Suite, Smoke Free Rooms, Complimentary Breakfast, Pool(s), Laundry Facilities (self-service) & High-Speed Internet Access;

- LBV, 3*, $38, 75%, 3.5/5 TripAdvisor

Amenities: Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Business Center & High-Speed Internet Access

- SW, 3*, $44, 80%

Amenities: Pool(s) & Laundry Facilities (self-service)

Best guess for each:

2.5* SW - Quality Suites South

3* LBV - Sheraton Safari

3* SW - Hilton Garden Inn (least confident about this one)

Do you know if the Hilton Garden Inn charges any fees, such a resort fee?

Another doubt I have is if the "Taxes and recovery fees" includes the 12.5% tax we pay in Orlando... And if hotels that charge resort fees always have a message saying "This hotel charges a resort fee" before the purchase.

Generally speaking the price you pay HOTWIRE is the total cost except for Resort fees. Sometimes you may see some random city, energy surcharge or tourism tax that wasn't included, but for the most part what you pay HOTWIRE is the 'all-in' rate other than if a hotel charges a Resort fee (which is a fee charge to all customers, regardless of how booked, not just PRICELINE / HOTWIRE specific)

I'm not 100% certain but i don't believe the Hilton Garden Inn charges a Resort fee. Typically HOTWIRE is 'pretty good' about disclosing resort fees, but you can't ever be 100% certain since a hotel could begin to charge resort fees on any given day, and may not notify HOTWIRE, or HOTWIRE may not be able to update their system in time, to reflect the fee. However, in an 'ideal world' HOTWIRE typically indicates that there is a fee when there will be one.
