My best guess is that this is the Outrigger Waikiki on the Beach showing fewer amenities then it has previously been reported to the board with. HOWEVER, if you're interested in this property i think there is a better/safer way to play it for just about the same price. Let us know if you're interested in this property and/or are ready to commit to a Feb. 2012 purchase at this time.
