Started bidding about a month ago for a 4* in CH-CC area up to $101, & a 3.5* up to $96, rejected on both. Stopped for about 4 weeks & waited until today & tried again: 4* in CH-CC area starting at $80 and rebid up to $102, declined. Re-opened browser, changed to 3.5* in same area and started @ $80. Rejected, but offered free rebid at $100. Opted out, added DC Subs NE & went to $85, refused. Upped bid to $88, added Mt Vernon for free re-bid & was accepted @ Renaissance Washington. Close to Amtrak Station & metro stop, so I'm pretty content with price & hotel.
