gyromite Posted June 18, 2011 Report Posted June 18, 2011 I was able to get $95 per night for this coming Sunday and Monday (check in 6/19, check out 6/21) at the Hyatt Regency Embarcadero. This seems like a good deal but I thought I'd check and see what other think? Did I get a good deal?By the way I didn't know to use the PRICELINE link because at the time I purchased the room I didn't know this site existed. I only searched for something like this after. Thanks ahead of time for feedback.
thereuare Posted June 18, 2011 Report Posted June 18, 2011 Welcome to BetterBidding!Congratulations on your success!Looks like a nice deal and is near the low end of generally accepted bids.Thank you for sharing your win with the board and in advance for using the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board for your future purchases.Enjoy your stay. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
austin_res Posted June 18, 2011 Report Posted June 18, 2011 An easy way to tell if a PRICELINE win is a good deal is to look at the rates in the hotel's website. If your bid is significantly lower than the lowest regular rate then it is definitely a good deal. I consider any price less than $100 for a 4* hotel in downtown San Francisco to be a good deal.
