Not sure how often the % recommended is updated, but within 5 minutes of this serach, I got the same but reflecting 85% Recommended in another search

If you look just a couple of postings below yours, to one posted by Pompey Fan, you will find that his 3* Maingate -- with the same amenity icons as you list, at the same $26 - is the Baymont Inn Celebration. Hope this helps.

This property has not yet been reported to the board... the Clarion Inn I-Drive Convention Center would be one possibility, as would the Extended Stay Deluxe properties in the area.

The 3.5* property has not yet been reported to the board, yet the amenities are so common for this area that i don't think we'll be able to offer much insight based upon the information provided by HOTWIRE.

I will point out that what appears to be the 4* Rosen Centre is available for just $5 at $61/nite if that is if any interest.
