weinish Posted June 11, 2011 Report Posted June 11, 2011 I just reserved 2 nights 7/7-9/2011 at the Radisson, Downtown Minneapolis.We have a wedding to go to that weekend, so I used Priceline. Coincidentally, the wedding party reserved a block of room at the Radisson at the rate of $119.I won my bid at $52, for a $125 two night total.Initially I bid $45 for a 4 star, but when that failed, I went back and added another Zone (zone 3), which only had 2 star properties. I raised my bid to $52, and it was accepted.Tomorrow I have to reserve 2 rooms from Saturday - Tuesday in downtown Minneapolis, so I will follow up. I had a corporate rate at the Aloft for $98 previously, but figured I'd try this out.It worked!
