thereuare Posted June 9, 2011 Report Share Posted June 9, 2011 Before taking a hotel 'anywhere in Manhattan'... at less then 4* there are some hotels in the CPS zone which are extremely small, are you willing to stay in a 150sq. ft. room for almost a week? Likewise, there are some hotels in the MTE zone which can be up to a 15 minute walk to the subway, would this be acceptable? Are you familiar with the UES and UWS as each of those zones go pretty far north and are not typically that convenient for the average tourist.Let us know if all of the following conditions are acceptable or not and we'll advise accordingly.Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. I think $120 may be tough for these dates, but does have a chance, but why not first try for what you do want for your complete stay, then you can consider less favorable options (such as SPLITTING YOUR PRICELINE BID and/or alternate zones such as UES/UWS)Ultimately it's your trip and budget, so let us know how you'd like to proceed and we'll suggest a strategy for you to follow.Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.
