Heading to Tampa for a buddy's daughter's 1st Birthday Party, gives us another exciting Priceline victory. As always, we used the PRICELINE link above.

Tampa provides multiple rebids for 4* and 3.5* properties, so we decided to focus on the 4* Westshore area. Started at $46 / night; added zone rebid $48, repeat $50, repeat $52, repeat - win $54.

Looks like more of a business joint, but seems like a very nice property, should be a good spot for the weekend.

Sub total - $108

Taxes - $21.82

Total - $129.82

Also, FYI, I did a little research on the Tampa Airport Area hotels 4* & 3.5*s listed on the hotel review page. As of this posting and my research from the websites, the 4*'s (Intercontinental, Renaissance, Grand Hyatt, and Westin), only the Westin charged for self parking ($5/day) and only the Grand Hyatt had smoking rooms. Of the 3.5*s I checked in those areas (Crown Plaza W, Doubletree, Marriott Westshore, Marriott Airport, Sheraton, and Wyndham) only the Marriott Airport charged for self parking ($10/day) and all seemed to be smoke free hotels. Obviously, you will want to confirm as these items can change, or I could be incorrect, but that is what I found today while researching.
