There is more than one Holiday Inn that refers to itself as "Holiday Inn Ft Lauderdale Airport". Is it a Holiday Inn Express?

jcg2462 Posted June 9, 2011 Author Report Posted June 9, 2011 Ok, I guess I was looking at a Holiday Inn Express on State Road in the area North of the airport, I don't see a Holiday Inn on the priceline map, so I was confused. I am trying to research these hotels on trip advisor. I may look into the downtown hotels as well, I have to stay within the area so I can use a transportation service to the port of Miami.My dates are not until next April, so I have some time to figure all this out.Also, there doesn't seem to be many winning posts for the Ft Lauderdale airport and downtown area, is this because most people are going for the beach, or is it hard to win bids in these areas?
