Priceline Hotel: Please help ID a 3.5-star Hotel in Miami Beach, Nov 10 - Nov 13 2011

Hello! Can anyone help me identify this Hotwire Hotel? My trip dates are Nov 10 - Nov 13 2011. Hotwire has it for $182 and says that 65% of customers recommend it. (Recommended rating seems a little low... any thoughts?)
