hclee Posted May 18, 2005 Author Report Posted May 18, 2005 My first bid was for Shinjuku zone at US$85, but was unsuccessful. Added Shibuya zone and increase price to US$90, but no luck. Added another zone, Chioyda and increase price to US$93 and succeeded.
