I won the Wyndham Garden Hotel from June 4-5 at $77 for the night. With fees and taxes, the total price is $100.83

I started bidding at $77, with only the "Chelsea" neighborhood selected. Even though the Priceline Website stated that bid would have an "extremely low chance of success," it was accepted the first try.
