Hotwire Hotel: 5* Vancouver (Downtown West) La Grande Residence at Sutton Place

I am trying to identify these two 5* Downtown Vancouver West hotels that come up for my dates of June 26 to June 28 for 2 rooms (2 adults per room). These are the listings:

5* - $150 Fitness, Pool, Restaurant, Business Center, High Speed Internet, Spa. 85% 4 out of 5 with 500+ reviews on Tripadvisor

5* - $152 Condo, 1 Bedroom, Fitness, Pool, Restaurant, Business Center, High Speed Internet, Spa, Kitchen. 90% 4.5 out of 5 with 200+ reviews on Tripadvisor

I believe the Condo to be Le Grande Residence at Sutton Place but am really confused by the other with 85% although at this point in time Pan Pacific has an 85% rating on Tripadvisor and Sutton has 82%.

Best guess for the condo property is the La Grande Residence at the Sutton Place.

For the 5* hotel, these amenities match both the Pan Pacific Hotel and the Sutton Place, so either of these would be my best guess for this one. The percent recommended number shown by HOTWIRE doesn't come from TA so that isn't a good source to try to determine which is more likely than the other.
