maevemol Posted June 2, 2011 Report Posted June 2, 2011 We are planning a trip to NYC this weekend 6/4- 6/5 with 2 kids (4 and 1)I am planning on bidding for 4* and above.I know there are a few hotels in Manhattan that do not take kids. What happens if my winning bid is NOT a kid friendly hotel??ThanksM
thereuare Posted June 3, 2011 Report Posted June 3, 2011 Welcome to BetterBidding!Which hotels don't accept kids? I think a MUCH bigger concern is that PRICELINE only guarantees double occupancy and you'll be quad occupancy... there are quite a few hotels in NYC where standard rooms only have one bed (rooms with two beds may be considered an upgrade) and may not have any room for a rollaway brought into the room (or a porta-crib).HOTWIRE would be the safer option in NYC when seeking more than double occupancy, imo.Which zone(s) are you looking to stay and what is your desired star rating and budget? Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
