Hotwire Hotel: Help ID 3.5* Embarcadero Hotel

Hi--

Could use some help for this. It's 3.5* Embarcadero, matches the facilities description for the Club Quarters, but 90% recommend does not seem to jibe. Any help would be appreciated.

Please provide the date/s of travel and amenity icons showing. Additionally, the HOTWIRE customer rating % is not listed, so there is no list to match it against and it is different from tripadvisor ratings.

I believe I ended up booking directly with the Palace Hotel for a reservation.
