thereuare Posted May 31, 2011 Report Posted May 31, 2011 There are currently no 4* hotels offered by PRICELINE in the MSG zone so we'll exclude that from your bidding. At the 4* level you have SIX re-bid zones. If you're not familiar with re-bidding please read Priceline Re-Bidding Explained and feel free to ask questions and/or confirm your re-bid zones with the board before proceeding.Select 4* CPS, Chelsea, ESB, MTE, MTW...Bid $105, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $110, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $115, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $120, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $125, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $130, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $133, if rejected close browser and use this link to re-access PRICELINESelect 4* TS...Bid $105, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $110, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $115, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $120, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $125, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $130, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $133, if rejected close browser and use this link to re-access PRICELINESelect 4* CPS, Chelsea, ESB, MTE, MTW, TS...Bid $135, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $138, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $140, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $143, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $145, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $148, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $150Any questions feel free to ask. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.Good luck and let us know how it goes. thereuare Posted June 2, 2011 Report Posted June 2, 2011 I believe its not worth to take such a risk for more than 160 usd,What is the best rate you're able to find at an acceptable 4* hotel thru conventional booking channels? It's also still quite early before your stay and lower inventory may (or may not) open up between now and your trip, i'd be inclined to book something fully refundable and continue to bid PRICELINE in the weeks ahead. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. dunyao Posted June 28, 2011 Author Report Posted June 28, 2011 To conclude this topic:I tried again and again up to 150 usd/night, there is nothing with 4* and 3.5*.So I booked Yotel via their site and got a special rate 149 usd/night, which is not bad i guess.thank you anyway.
