The amenities for the 4* are common for a city hotel, but the Sheraton Chicago has previously been seen with this amenity set so that would be my best guess for this one.

The 3* matches multiple with the River Hotel, Inn of Chicago, Holiday Inn Express Hotel Cass and Hilton Garden Inn have all been reported with this combination in the past, so any of these would be likely candidates. (although i would slightly favor the Inn of Chicago or Holiday Inn Express Hotel Cass over the other two)
