Got the same hotel as this hotwire hotel thread: 3.5* as Hyatt Place for 08/12/11-08/15/11.

$90/nt + $42 taxes/fees = $312 (apprx $104/nt total).

Comparatively:

Everything else downtown around this timeframe is high.

Not including taxes, the rack rates are:

- Hyatt Place King bed is $149/nt

- Hyatt Place King suite is $169/nt

- Marriott Renaissance Savery is $159 for Jr. King Suite

Definitely glad to have the HOTWIRE deal. Saved me at least $100!
