cakeartist Posted May 22, 2011 Report Posted May 22, 2011 After trying for 3* and 3.5* at lower bids, I won the 3* Legacy Hotel and Meeting Centre in Rockville for $46. It's newly built branch of an international chain and pretty upscale from what I see on the hotel's website.
