drbeanz Posted May 20, 2011 Report Posted May 20, 2011 Used the PRICELINE linkMoving to CA from Midwest, need a stop-by hotel in Nebraska.I'm now in the hotel room, very nice bed, free wifi and breakfast. Perhaps it is quite pricey compared to other hotel properties, not that many guests living here.So far a nice price in a small town ($55 versus normal online sites around $109 per night) after long-hour driving.I'll probably review my other hotels at Salt Lake City (UT) and Reno (NV) during my moving.Fairfield Inn & Suites North Platte 2
thereuare Posted May 20, 2011 Report Posted May 20, 2011 Congratulations on your success!Small town bidding can frequently be tough given that there are often not that many hotels in the area... so there is less competition which can equate to less discounting.Glad to hear the property is working well for you and hopefully you're getting some well deserved rest from driving.Thank you for using the PRICELINE link on the board to begin your bidding and sharing your win, helping us add this property to the Priceline Hotel List.Enjoy your stay. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
